Your Guide To Cold Brew
Coarsely grind your coffee beans - think breadcrumbs, not powder.

Combine coffee and cold water in a large jar or pitcher using a 1:8 coffee-to-waterratio (e.g., 50g of coffee to 400ml of water).

Stir gently to ensure all the grounds are fully saturated.

Cover the jar or pitcher and let it steep in the fridge for 12-24 hours.

After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter toremove the grounds.

Your cold brew concentrate is ready! Dilute with water or milk to your taste before serving.
