Your Guide To Pour Over
Start by heating your water to just below boiling, around 93-96°C (200-205°F).

Place your filter paper in the dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove anypapery taste. Discard the rinse water.

Add your freshly ground coffee to the filter. A medium grind, similar to granulated sugar, works best.

Set the dripper over your mug or carafe and place the whole setup on a scale.

Begin pouring a small amount of water (about twice the weight of the coffee) over the grounds, just enough to saturate them. Allow the coffee to bloom for 30-45seconds, releasing gases and enhancing flavor.

Once the water has fully passed through the grounds, remove the dripper, and your pour over coffee is ready to enjoy.

Slowly pour the remaining water in a circular motion, keeping the water level consistent and avoiding direct pours on the filter. This should take about 2.5 to 3.5minutes for a 12-ounce cup.
