Refund Policy

We hope you love every experience and ritual you make with Black Poetry. In case something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

  1. Returns
  • You may request a return only within 3 days of delivery.
  • To qualify, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase or a receipt! 

 

2. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. 
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

 

Delayed Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your bank or card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or card provider - it may take some time to reflect.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final and non-refundable.

 

3. Exchanges (if applicable)

 

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at quality@blackpoetry.in and send your item to us at:

4. Gifts

 

  • If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once the return is processed. If it was sent to the gift giver, the refund goes to them.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If eligible, they may be deducted from your refund.
