We deliver between a 48 to 72 hour timeline in the Metros. After roasting, coffee requires a period of ‘resting’ which allows the release of gases from the beans and allows the flavours to develop, the additional delivery times allows for this and ensures you receive the coffee in peak condition.

To maintain freshness, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid refrigeration or freezing, as this can affect the flavour and quality of the coffee.

The grind size depends on the method you use to brew your coffee. We provide preground coffees for French Press, Aeropress, Mokapot, Cold Brew, Pour Over and Espresso. If you have a grinder at home it is best to go with the whole beans.
